Title: "Eco-literacy in society and green transition in primary and secondary education"
Speakers: Michael Paulsen and Martin Hauberg-Lund Laugesen, CUHRE, University of Southern Denmark, Morten Ziethen, Aalborg University, Tobias Skiveren, University of Copenhagen
Abstract: For the green transition to succeed in the form of a future life-friendly society, it is necessary to promote the population's eco-literacy. This session has its roots in the newly established Center for Understanding Human Relationships with The Environment (CUHRE) at the University of Southern Denmark, which has launched several new research projects, all focusing on the population's eco-literacy. This includes presentation of projects on green transformation of primary education, Anthropocene formation in boarding schools, and green didactics in secondary education.
