Scandinavian network for financial and capital market law (Ekstern organisation)

Beskrivelse

The Scandinavian network for financial and capital market law is mainly targeted younger academics in the network Nordic network on capital market law (NKN).

It started out informally with a series of online workshops in late 2018 and early 2019. On the 3 of October 2019, the participants from Denmark, Sweden and Italy met in Copenhagen to discuss a joint research project on legal enforcement in the area of financial law. The project address three sub-themes, namely:

- Institutional perspective focusing on the actors
- Formal vs. informal enforcement mechanisms
- Prudential vs. conduct rules in enforcement

The expected output of the project is a conference and a joint publication in early 2021.
