    The course is intended to address new theories of organizations, theories of new organizational forms and of the way these new organizational forms work and are managed. During the course the tension between new ways of conceptualizing organization processes will be discussed vis-à-vis conceptualizations of new organizational forms, as may be illustrated by the network metaphor. The network form of organization has been conceptualized in several different ways. Among these different approaches to networks, actor-network analysis has applied the network approach as a general perspective on organizational processes.
