    The aim of the course is to introduce the participants to the variety of research designs applicable when carrying out research in the area of organisation and management. A major objective of the course is to provide the participants with a sufficient, clear recognition of the relationship between their project and relevant research designs so that their PhD research can be based on a valid platform. Therefore, the course is aimed at PhD students in the early stage of their PhD study.
