Beskrivelse

SDU / FKF welcomed 15 students from Odense Katedralskole (head teacher Anders Hüche Jensen) to listen to research from the field of astronomy and astrophysics. In particular extrasolar planets. During the mini-workshop several didactic in-class experiments were carried out to highlight various concepts from physics and astronomy. At the end Kathrine offered a presentation explaining from first-hand experience to the students what it means to study physics and related subjects at SDU, student- and social-life at SDU and possible careerpaths after completing university with a physics degree.
