Drafted a complete compliance and conformity assessment for Sweden’s implementation of the amended Shareholders’ Rights Directive 2017/828/EU as well as a summary report outlining the main issues of the Swedish implementation of the Directive. The project was carried out on behalf of the Commission which made an extensive compliance and implementation study of the amended Shareholders’ Rights Directive. The work consisted of 180 hours.
