Beskrivelse

In our role as educational consultants we usually work with university teachers rather than working directly with the students. A new project led to a welcome collaboration with students. Together we co-developed student workshops on developing intercultural graduate competences, which focused on group dynamics and collaborative learning. This approach gave these volunteers meaningful opportunities to demonstrate a suite of competences alongside strengthening and authenticating the project.
Our poster highlights how this collaboration:
• brought authenticity to the project
• triggered insights into university provision for students’ competency development
• provided students with meaningful opportunities to demonstrate intercultural competences
