The analysis of accidents is critical for reducing risk. Accident analysis breaks down the mechanisms of accidents and provides essential knowledge for the identification and justification of safety measures. To produce useful knowledge, accident analysis should strive to identify as many causal pathways of accidents as possible. Another requirement is that such knowledge should be understood among different actors to facilitate inter-disciplinary discussion, review, and auditing. In this interactive meeting, we presented our recent developments regarding a semi-automated approach to accident analysis that will also help to conduct safety audits.| Periode | 4. nov. 2024 |
